Refund policy

At this time, Cover of Dusk does not offer refunds. We offer returns for store credit and exchanges if you are not satisfied with your order. Please read the conditions below in their entirety, and if your order is eligible, reach out to us at contact@coverofdusk.com to initiate your request. So we can best assist you, be sure to include your order number, return type (store credit/ exchange) and any other applicable information. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for a response, but rest assured that your request will be considered "filed" the day your email is sent. 

Cover of Dusk allows returns for store credit on most "non-personal" items if return request is filed within 7 days of order delivery. 

Items must be returned in new condition- with all original tags attached, must be inside original packaging (as necessary), may not have been laundered or dry-cleaned, may not have signs of use (odor, wear and tear, etc.) Store credit will be applied to your account within 3-5 business days after we receive the item(s) you are returning. While the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, we do not charge a restocking fee. 

We also offer exchanges for equal or higher value item(s) on most "non-personal" items if the exchange request is filed within 14 days of order delivery. 

As with returns, exchanged items must be returned in new condition- with all original tags attached, must be inside original packaging (as necessary), may not have been laundered, may not have signs of use (odor, wear and tear, etc.) The new item(s) you choose for the exchange will be shipped out to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the initial item(s) you purchased. For exchanges, we offer free return shipping. 

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for Final Sale products including personal items (swim suits, undergarments, body jewelry, or cosmetics/ perfume), discontinued items, or clearance items. 

While we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, defective/ missing items in orders received are eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the item in question in the original form of payment. Requests must be made within 3 days of order delivery. If submitting a refund request for defective/ missing items, please include as much information as possible in your request, including your order number and pictures of defective item(s) if applicable.
